SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping from ST-ART. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on our Shopify store are processed, shipped and delivered.
ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during sales, promotions, or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard Shipping: 1-2 working days
- International Shipping: 5-15 working days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
- We currently ship to Greece and European Destinations.
If your location is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not ship to that destination.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
- ST-ART is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent automatically via email.
- Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear.
You can also track your order using the link provided in your Shopify order confirmation email.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to deliver orders on time, ST-ART is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.
- If the issue is unresolved, contact us at start.info2025@gmail.com and we will assist you where possible.
ST-ART is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
DAMAGED ITEMS
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
